Check in was no problem. On second day returning to VRBO THERE WAS A BIG PROBLEM. The door was not letting us back in with code. Tried for about 20 minutes then called the hostess Ashley about our problem, She tried opening via her phone. That did not work, she called someone that they were on there way. One and a half hr. Later no show so I text her no response from her so about 30 minutes later I called her and she finally answered. She said that a locksmith should have been there a half hr. ago. So I said no and it’s almost 2 1/2 hrs we are outside waiting and now it’s getting cool and all of our stuff is inside and we are tired. We had plans to freshened up and go out for the evening. But that didn’t happened, our night was ruined. She told me about a lock box behind a box that I couldn’t find, finally located then had problems opening it and finally opens about the third time. We took the key and that finally opened the door. Keep in mind this was alittle bit after 10:00 PM. She told us to make sure all our stuff was there, and call her if we needed anything else. She also said that she was going to look into if we could get compensated for all the trouble we went threw for being locked out. So I would surely want compensation for a ruined Saturday weekend outing that didn’t happen!!!
