Home has a lot of potential, but experience needs a lot of improvement before it could be considered a good place to rent. We had several less than satisactory experiences: 1. I had to ask for house access codes a day or so before my arrival. This should have been provided a few days ahead of time.2. No house information guide providing basic information like how to control the A/C & heat, trash pick up days, what TV services are in the home, how to operate the hot tub, etc.3. The large window shade on the master bedroom door going out to patio was missing. Major privacy issue. It took 2 weeks for the home owner to get this corrected after our arrival.4. Two access doors were not locked upon our arrival. Also, two doggie doors were not secured making it easy for an unauthorized person to enter the home.5. Upon our arrival, the washing machine had wet towels & a wet rug inside.6. No ability to adjust temperature inside the home - I had to text the property mgmt company to get this done remotely. Sometimes they did not respond until a day later. 8. Toilet in one of the guest bathrooms would not shut off after flushing. I turned the water valve off to avoid wasting water. Notified property mgmt but nothing was done.9. Soap & shampoo dispensers in master shower were a mess. 11. Lots of little bugs/fruit flies in kitchen 12. Slow/no response from local property mgr - mowing lawn, etc. 13. Slow/no response from rental company on issues.
