The room was average and the hotel needs some updating. The outside ground were very nice but the inside was very dated. My biggest issue was that I had to ask multiple times for new towels (which were supposed to be refreshed every day) and I had a problem with the plug in the bathroom and had to ask twice for someone to come and look at it.

Our short stay was good, complimentary breakfast was good too. Our room was nice and big and all but they didn’t clean it the next morning, not even taking out the trash, nothing. So that wasn’t what we were expecting.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were large, fully equipped kitchen and Sprouts market was located in the shopping center next door. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoy this hotel. It’s a nice facility with great rooms, you have a nice kitchenette, full size refrigerator, and our 2 bedroom, 2 bath had 3 brand new tvs. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. I am being treated at Mayo Clinic, and this is a perfect location. Really nice restaurant next door too.

Included breakfast was excellent and the room was nice. Hot tub was also excellent. The pillows were pretty bad, looked fluffy but your head fell straight through, led to an uncomfortable nights sleep for my wife and I. The staff was very friendly but oddly didn’t know basic things about the hotel. For example, I was staying on the 2nd floor and couldn’t find the ice machine. Called down to the front desk and they said it was only on the first floor. The next day, I found an ice machine on the opposite side of the 2nd floor. Just strange they didn’t know.
