Nice room with lots of charging ports and outlets. Toilet was nice and high (yes, that's a thing for us taller people). Very short walking distance to Mill Ave. About 1/2 mile walk to the venue formerly known as Sun Devil Stadium.

Rooms were good. Lots of space and comfortable furniture. The beds were extremely tall. The staff were all super friendly, but there was some late-night housekeeping going on that seemed odd and caused a horrible smell in the hallway for a few hours.

Reasonably priced hotel for Ironman Tempe weekend. About 10 minute walk to Tempe Beach Park and nearby restaurants and a WholeFoods. Good sized room which was clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet even though long freight trains ran to the west of the hotel, but at least they did not blow their horns. Very nice staff at front desk and very friendly throughout the hotel. Would strongly recommend if staying in downtown Tempe.
