Not the best other than a low price in the Biltmore area. We asked for a little later checkout and were denied, we asked for an extra blanket and never got it. There were someone else’s pants in the drawer and their breakfast wasn’t complimentary. Other than that it was a value night in Phoenix. Parking is abundant and it’s next door to the Nordstrom Rack off of Camelback.

I asked if I could get a room at a higher floor. The from desk person said that the hotel was full and couldn’t give me a different room. The hotel obviously wasn’t full. This employee was not nice and not friendly the minute I walked in. At the room. When I got in, I sensed a bad smell. I discovered a container with rotten grapes inside in one of the cabinets. There was also a lot of crumbs on the sofa and all over the floor. Night stands, desk, tv stand were very dusty.

Comfortable and clean room on arrival, however there were no housekeeping services performed for our three day stay. Not that big of a deal to not have fresh sheets or towels everyday but the room coffee needs to be resupplied every day. Had to go ask for it at the front desk. Also, never saw any kind of breakfast food offered.

The staff was so nice and the hotel was was not only clean but beautiful. As a decor junkie, my compliments go out to whoever designed this hotel. I spent a lot of time noticing the exacting details in my room, not only in the furniture but in the repeating patterns in the carpet, drapes, wallpaper and pillows. I say bravo and ten thumbs up

It’s rated higher than is deserved for this hotel. It is a worn out hotel and it shows. Small rooms, worn out looking in the rooms and halls. There was a big dog in the room next to ours that was barking and then later had a poop towel just laid out in the hall and reeked of dog poop on the way by that room.
