The room was in good condition. The staff was busy but not exceptionally friendly considering several people checked in to the hotel due to being stranded by the storm that cancelled many flights, including myself. Hospitality means helping people, empathizing, and over achieving with customer service in situations unexpected. The bartender worked at one speed. One order at a time. One client at the bar seemed to be “helping” but only caused more pain for the bartender making the situation worse. The hotel appeared in great condition. The staff took it down a notch. I was a very patient traveler during a difficult time for hundreds of people and was very kind and understanding. Times like this create a make or break results. Thank you for requesting my opinion.

I tried to call from the room phone to the front desk to ask for fresh sheets the next morning then I called from my phone and still no answer. Talked the person cleaning the rooms on our floor asked her to clean the room for me. She said I had to tell them at the front desk, went down to the front desk came back later on that day my room has not been touched at all. But the room was nice. The service was not.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was a mixed bag. The bed was ok comfortable, the sound from the road and highway were horrible, and there was a lot of light coming from under the door. I wouldn't tell someone to not stay here, but I couldn't highly recommend it either. As long as you can get a room as a reasonable rate, it is fine. Also, be advised the menu in the restaurant is pretty limited. This was our 2nd time to eat here (once when we stayed across the street) and there were items missing from our meals. The 1st time, my husband had the tacos that were supposed to come with beans. There were no beans and they didn't swap them for something else (like french fries or chips). Only after I asked about it did they say "Oh, we are out of beans". This time I had chicken wings that were supposed to come with jicama, celery, and carrot sticks. I only got the carrot sticks (2 of them).
