The room was in good condition. The staff was busy but not exceptionally friendly considering several people checked in to the hotel due to being stranded by the storm that cancelled many flights, including myself. Hospitality means helping people, empathizing, and over achieving with customer service in situations unexpected. The bartender worked at one speed. One order at a time. One client at the bar seemed to be “helping” but only caused more pain for the bartender making the situation worse. The hotel appeared in great condition. The staff took it down a notch. I was a very patient traveler during a difficult time for hundreds of people and was very kind and understanding. Times like this create a make or break results. Thank you for requesting my opinion.
