This hotel and room was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to places to eat and 12 minutes from the airport. The pool was sizable and there was a nice park and small lake across the street to walk around.

When we checked into the hotel, we found there was no TV remote in the room. We called the front desk and were told none were available, and maintenance couldn’t be located. The clerk offered to bring one the next morning, but we were checking out then. I travel for work and stay in hotels twice a week—having a working TV is part of the experience, and this was disappointing.

An Incredible Stay Every Time!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, with beds that guarantee a great night's sleep. The staff is truly the highlight—so friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. One of my favorite features is the Saturday night movie by the pool. It’s such a fun touch that makes the stay even more special. Speaking of the pool, it's absolutely stunning and a great place to relax or enjoy some downtime. The restaurant is another standout, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the food is consistently delicious. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal by the pool, it’s always a treat. Every time I stay, I leave with amazing memories, and I can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. The pools are amazing. They could be a little cleaner but I'm not gong to complain about it. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. No maid service at all and stayed 4 days but other than that loved it. Will stay there again.

Everything was good, only we got a far room for my mom she is 98 years old. They didn't have room service. We had a exit near door of our room. but maybe for safe was close. We needed walk far for our parking. In the restaurant they haven't bananas for breakfast. They don't have buffet neither. They need more employees. But is hard times. Because at 7 am approximately was very noisy the alarm of emergency. My mom scare she was sleeping. But this things happen. They gave us apologies. In general everything was good. Thank you very much. We got a comfortable room. God bless you.

Because of its convenient location near my business trip destination, this was my fourth time staying at this hotel. We stayed for three nights in total. However, on the morning of our final day, August 8th, at around 7:20 a.m., a loud and piercing alarm suddenly went off. I initially assumed it would stop within a few minutes, but it continued for at least twenty minutes. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told it was a “test.” This explanation was both surprising and unacceptable. The timing and duration were entirely unreasonable—what kind of “test” lasts nearly half an hour and is conducted around 7 a.m., when most guests are still resting? This incident severely disrupted my sleep, especially as I had gone to bed very late the previous night. Equally concerning was the hotel’s complete lack of communication. There was no prior notice, no updates during the incident, and no follow-up afterwards. The matter was treated as if nothing had happened. Such poor handling of a situation, combined with the lack of consideration for guests’ comfort, resulted in one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel. I am deeply disappointed in the brand, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

One of the sheets had old blood stains, not from me. reported it to the front desk. Some lady came up to look at it, took pictures and told me that someone would be out around 3pm and change all the sheets. Time was around 2:48pm when she told me that. We went to the bar and pool downstairs, returned after 6pm and sheets were not changed. Reported again, and someone did go after I reported the second time. The lady that took pics balmed it me. It was on my side of the bed, but the stain was on top sheet and I dont have any open cuts or scars. She was extremely rude!!

$50 charged for pet; no free breakfast at all == not even coffee. No room service for food from the bar, but they had a great IPA on tap. Other than that, lovely hotel, great park next to it.
