📋 Mid-Term Stays — 28+ Days

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed before check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each guest staying at the property. Fee is $50 per person.

📌 Signed Lease Agreement: A signed rental agreement must be completed and on file for all applicable guests.

📌 Host Approval: Guests must meet the host`s required screening criteria, including applicable background and credit checks.

🧻 Starter Supplies: We provide initial starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials. These supplies are provided for the beginning of the stay and are not replenished throughout long-term reservations. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the starter quantities are used.

2. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR EXPERIENCE:

We strive to provide all our guests with a 5-star experience. To ensure your comfort, we supply a starter supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper upon check-in, so you can settle in without having to make a trip to the store. If your stay exceeds a few days, you`ll need to replenish these items. Thank you for your understanding.

3. BOOKING DETAILS:

When booking, please let us know the number of guests in your party, the number of vehicles you`ll have on-site, and the purpose of your visit. With this information, we can ensure the home is prepared for your group and provide all necessary supplies and linens. Feel free to reach out with any questions – we`re here to help!

4. HOUSE RULES:

We kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting loud parties or large gatherings during their stay. Please respect the neighborhood and its residents by keeping noise levels down, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
