Each guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement since Saguaro House is only rented out for mid term rentals. (30-90 days)
A cleaning is included with your initial booking however, for each additional 30 days, there will be an additional required cleaning fee of $200.
Each guest is required to read and sign off on the community CCR’s prior to booking.

The house was exactly as described and looked like the photos on VRBO, so in other words it was great! Very spacious with lots of entertaining areas. The pool and hot tub were great during the day and we really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area with the fire table in the evenings. The couch in the great room is quite large which was nice for watching movies. Costco and other shopping was a 15 minute drive, Fry's for groceries and fast food options are 5 minutes away. The host was very quick to respond to my requests and changes that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and good for walking our dog. It was a great month overall!
