The fridge didn't work and after repeated talks to front desk for TWO DAYS, on the third day they repaired it BUT used one of my bath towels and tossed it in the laundry room! I looked all over for my spare towel. Worse yet was discovering I had been sleeping on URINE STAINED SHEETS the entire time! Loud banging when doors shut in the hallways all through the night. They seem amused to put you the farthest from the elevator so you have to hike it. No breakfast or anything of the sort on property, and you have to pay for coffee with zero sugar anywhere. Next time, a hotel for sure. :(

Stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom. Very clean and appreciated that it came with a stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. The only downside was having to pay for daily parking.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. It was fantastic and a reasonable price! I’m glad wasn’t swayed by the 1 or 2 reviews I read that said the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. My experience was quite the opposite… they were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! This is not a traditional hotel (it’s apartments or condos that people live in, but some can be rented out for a few nights like a hotel), so yes, check-in and parking were a little tricky and a bit more time consuming, but really not that bad, I expected this from the reviews I read, so I was prepared and it went smoothly. They had sent me an email 2 days before my stay, with Pre check-in instructions, which, I did as instructed, and that helped the check-in go smoothly on my arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

Not much nearby for affordable dining, no grocery stores, gas stations or convenience stores in walking distance. The mall across the street and surrounding restaurants are really high priced.
