POOL HEAT
The pool at this home is available all year round and can be heated to 80°F upon request at no additional fee. A $100/day charge applies for guests who would like it to be heated to 90°F. Please contact Concierge if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
