What makes this space special?
This stylish one-story, ground-level 2-bedroom and 2-full bath condo is your gateway to all that Scottsdale and the “Valley” have to offer. You will experience modern comforts and amenities for up to 6 guests. The entire living space has been updated with new furnishings as of August 2025. Designed with a desert flair, you can’t help but be reminded of the welcoming environment that surrounds you. It is an atmosphere where you can both relax and entertain. The spacious living area features contemporary décor, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and climate control for year-round comfort. Highlights of this space include:
• Sit-Stand Desk. If work calls, you have access to a sit-stand work desk with a charging station.
• Pool. There is a pool steps from your back door, which is surrounded by both shaded and sunny seating, with plenty of lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the Arizona sunshine.
• Coffee Lover? For coffee lovers, standard K-Cup, French press and espresso machines are available.
• Laundry. Laundry access is across the hall, just steps away.
• Air purification. You are provided a high-end Dyson air purifier which continuously monitors the air to aid in your comfort.
• Smart TV. The TV is new as of August 2025 and includes much of the latest technology including casting capability.
• Grilling. A clean, community gas grill and sitting area nearby at the pool (grill utensils provided by the host).
• Parking. You’ll have a dedicated parking spot, in addition to community spots for guests.
• Master Bedroom. King-size master bed.
• High-Chair. If you have a little one, you have a high-chair and plastic utensils at your disposal.
What is special about this part of Scottsdale?
• Golf. You are 20 minutes from TPC Scottsdale, home of the world-famous Waste Management Golf tournament and its iconic 16th hole. There are approximately 50 golf courses in the Scottsdale area, and up to 200 in the greater Phoenix area. You are also less than 15 minutes from the nearest Top Golf facility.
• Old Town. You are a short walk or drive to historic Old Town, where you can experience some of the best art galleries and local shops in the West, along with unique entertainment and dining options.
• Shopping. You are across the street from Fashion Square Mall. A shopping experience like you’ve never seen before, offering luxury stores, along with dining and a high-end movie theatre (Stores include Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Macy's, Apple and select prestigious stores not found anywhere else in Arizona).
