Good to Know

● Pool heating is included at no additional charge.
● The pool is heated by a heat pump (runs 24/7 in fall, winter and spring) which normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We are unable to guarantee a temperature.

● Concierge services are available. Outside vendors must be pre-approved/vetted with proper insurance.
● On-site rental cars available. Please inquire.
● Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 days or more!
● Flexible Cancel for Any Reason Policy available for peace of mind. Black out dates apply.
● Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.
● Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival
● Rental Contract required and must be signed before check-in
● Minimum age requirements apply
● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication

City Info and Rules

● Please take note that the state and local laws enforce noise ordinances aimed at curbing events, parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
● Guests agree to comply with state and local laws regarding short‑term rentals:
● Sec. 18‑152. – Non‑residential usage by vacation rentals or short‑term rentals prohibited.
● No vacation rental or short‑term rental may be used for any non‑residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non‑residential purposes
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography
● Operating any adult‑oriented business, including nude and topless dancing
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short‑term rental in violation of this section.
● Last‑Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests.
