We strive to be the best neighbors of the communities we live in. Please note, our house rules indicate that guests should be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. To ensure that we are able to maintain our status as a vacation rental, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the house rules. Kindly note, any violation to these rules, as well as complaints from the neighbors or the City may result in a forfeiture of your security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction at the owner’s discretion.

Swimming and other water activities are at your own risk. Guests agree to waive any claim against the owner for accidents arising from swimming or any other activities involving the swimming pool/whirlpool area and the lake.
