The rooms are big, well organized, with a kitchen and comfortable furniture as well. Breakfast is provided and served as early as 6am. The staff is amazing . There's also plenty of free parking and the area is convenient, just a few miles from the airport.

Very convenient location for us, room was a great size. Mattress was worn out in bedroom, electrical outlet did not have a cover protector in hallway a child could stick finger in the outlet and injure themselves. The wallpaper in hallway was partially ripped, elevator needed greasing very loud when closing

It was dingy, very poorly maintained, the ADA room was terrible. The bed was about 6” from the floor and an old saggy bed that was impossible for a handicapped person to get out of the bed without help. It was definitely NOT what I expected from a Marriott.

The breakfast was horrible. The turkey sausage was so dry you couldn't cut it with a knife. The powdered eggs were horrible. It just was bad. The hotel is older, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, and the shower drain was partially clogged so you could only take quick showers before the standing water would raise above the threshold. I would not stay there again.

I stayed here because of the “Pure Rooms” / Allergy Free rooms they offer. I am undergoing some medical treatment in Phoenix area and coming down from Sedona once a week. Sadly, the hotel didnt think about it when they put the allergy free rooms right near the standard laundry room way up on fourth floor… that people with allergies or medical needs have to walk through more allergens and harsh chemicals to get to the allergy free room. Although I am thankful this hotel is participating in this Pure Wellness program, just had a few issues. I will say the management at the hotel is very nice and professional. Everyone at the front desk and the manage, Francene, was very helpful in my struggles. The room was cleaned with harsh chemical soap but she did move me to another allergy free room. Overall a good stay, just some things that were hard for me as an allergy sufferer who is undergoing medical treatment to go through. The breakfast needs *more vegan options.* They did have almond milk but hot food wise nothing. I would stay again and did twice but still tryin to find a better fit for my specific needs ! Appreciate the staff trying! 🙌
