The carpeting was badly stained and smelled of dog. The area rugs in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and at the front door were filthy. The ice and water features of the refrigerator did not work. The clothes drying takes two hours to dry a set of sheets. A toilet was replaced and the old toilet was left sitting in the garage. There were no cleaning supplies, not even toilet bowl and bathroom cleaner. The vacuum cleaner cannister was stuffed full and smelled when operated. The kitchen was poorly appointed. There were three pans, on large and two small, one pot without a lid and a dutch oven. There were no serving bowls or serving utensils. The kitchen window was not able to be opened do the faucet keeping from letting the shutters open. If this had been a hotel I would have demanded an acceptable room or went to another hotel. Unfortunately, I was 8,000 in, came from another state and had no other options but to stay there or spend more money to rent a hotel room for three months. This experience was totally subpar and I feel that I have been cheated.
