This house was clean, in great condition, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked the neighborhood was quiet and close the several stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Host was great too!

We found this property to be very welcoming and comfortable. It has been recently renovated, nicely decorated, clean and very well stocked. The bed was very comfortable which was truly a bonus! Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the birds while having our morning coffee. We were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Our group needed 5 beds - and we were very comfortable. The patio is lovely and we enjoyed using the gas grill. Super clean and equipped. Olga is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful property! Very well equiped and clean. Enjoyed daily walks in the neighborood and the ability to walk to the grocery store. The only drawback was the digital door lock on the front door would not work one night when we returned at 10:45 PM. Thankfully we were able to stay with relatives for the night, without our personal items or medications. The owner did contact us after we were settled in for the night and shared a backup plan, which was used for the remainder of our stay. The property owner sent a text after we returned home to let us know the front door lock is working fine.

Great Sun City Location

We rented this house as we look into moving to Sun City. It’s a comfortable, updated house. And it’s in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Excellent!!

We loved this property. We come down every November to see family and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed so far. It was super clean. Everything worked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We watched the bunnies in the morning in the back yard and saw a coyote one morning! The beds were all super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
