This was a great hotel and room. It was rated as a 2 of 5, but I say “no way”! Hotel and room were awesome. Clean and comfortable. Coffee maker which is a must for me. Nice amenities and very friendly staff. My new go to when in Phoenix!

Dangerous noxious fumes in the room. Suspect mold from heating system. Stayed one night and left also located in a very blighted area of North Phoenix. Surrounded by homeless people. This place should be shut down.

The hotel was close to the fields that our kids were playing on for the weekend so booked it. The stay was ok. The check in guy hardly spoke to me but I’ve been met with worse. The room was decent, could have been cleaned better, there was what looked like dried blood on an outlet but I didn’t inspect closer, but again we’ve seen worse and for more money. The best are not comfortable and you’re given 2 flat pillows per bed so added to the uncomfortable sleep. It was quiet and though the lot was full at night I hardly actually saw other people so didn’t feel crowded. Overall it’s a hotel lining the freeway, but could be better.
