The front desk lady was wonderful especially since we checked in so late. The room wasn’t great. It had a terrible chemical smell that caused headaches. The room was warm and the ac wouldn’t go below 70 and was noisy. We tried opening the window to get the smell out or at least get fresh air but the highway noise was loud. We checked out first thing the next morning since we couldn’t imagine sleeping there another night with the smell. Not sure if we will get a refund for the other 2 nights we were supposed to be there, the lady at the front desk didn’t know since we booked thru Expedia.

Room was big and they had a nice selection of breakfast items. The area was noisy bc of the busy street outside and the bathrooms are loud so you will know when your neighbors flush or shower. Our bedding had a stain and housekeeping did not service the room, so our small trash cans were overflowing. For the price I was disappointed.
