Spacious condo in timeshare resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds were clean. Units themselves are pretty dated and look like they were furnished in the 70s. Better than staying at a mid range hotel in the area for the money.

Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms.

Great gathering spaces - true to form for world mark . Great location - near all Phoenix has to offer but still tucked in to the south mountain hills with hiking and a feel of being “away from it all”

Quiet and peaceful!

This property was incredible. Close to everything but so quiet. We will definitely be back. Consierge wasn't as great as she could be. She seemed irritated but that didn't take away from how great this location was.

The trails and pool were nice but the way to get there is heavy construction. Be aware this is a TIME SHARE so they will try to sell you on a 90 min pitch. But there is a private garage and your own little condo not a hotel really at all

For the price, this is a value since you have separate bedrooms and a full kitchen, etc - much better than a hotel suite. However, while the property is nice, it is overdue for a renovation. Also, the master bathroom is wide open to the master bedroom - toilet, bathtub and shower - zero privacy, and that was really odd and uncomfortable.

I liked how quiet the property was and how it felt like home. The only thing I didn't like was the the jets didn't work on the whirlpool tub. We had a very short stay so I didn't have timebto have it looked at. Other than that, my kids really enjoyed the heated pool outside.

I was in town for a concert and the day after I booked that property so we can enjoy the pool and barbecue in a condo setting at a beautiful Resort and the pool was shut down and the spa wasn't too temperature so it wasn't pleasant for us so we left everything else about the resort was awesome.we should have been notified some admities wher not available.

The bathroom was not cleaned and had dirty feet stains in the tub upon arrival. The other bathroom had nail clippings on the bathroom counter. The TV was on in the living room upon entering for the first time so it seemed as someone was there right before we got there. There were approximately 9 bugs on the ceiling and when I complained about all these things so that the room could be cleaned or moved, we were simply ignored and told a manger would assist us. The manager at the end of the stay was nice and thought the problem was resolved prior to my check out but I explained to her I was never contacted or spoken to regardless how many times I went up to the office or called. I will never stay w that hotel again.
