Dirtiest room i have ever been in! Holes in the blanket. A drug baggy left on a night stand, hair all over the bathtub. Toilet paper, 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 2 shampoos (no conditioner) left on the back of the toilet. One of the wash cloths and towels looked like they were used with stains on them. I forgot to mention to Expedia that i have severe COPD and i needed a room with the parking right outside my door as i have an oxygenator i have to bring everywhere i go! When i talked to Premier Inns about this the front desk clerk was very nice but when she called the manager the manager was NOT accommodating at all!!! They had at least 4 rooms with handicapped parking right in front of the hotel door. When i asked about one of those rooms the managers response was "She has to stay in the room she was given." In my 2 day stay not 1 single car was ever put in any of those handicapped rooms. I also have the handicapped sticker for parking. I had to park at the back of the building and come around to the middle of the motel to get to my room! I was NOT impressed at all with Premier Inns and was let down that Expedia would be involved with this very low quality of motel/hotels. It is a very sket hy place and this 66 year old lady traveling alone did not feel safe for myself, belongings or my vehicle.
