New putting green just added. Close to many restaurants, golf, activities, freeways, stadiums, and shopping. Full workstation with 2 monitors, keyboard, and docking station. Two king beds. *Optional Heated Pool. $105/day March to Oct, $135 a day November to February. 3 day minimum for heating. *Propane heated with a top of the line pool heater to get to your desired temperature. Note that many homes in the area use a heat pump to heat their pool and they struggle to reach above high 70's in the colder months. Be aware of that when booking a place. This pool a 35K with a huge deep end. The daily heating rate is to cover the cost of propane. You are welcome to also rent this home without heating the pool. Please give 7 days notice for pool heat. Please note if internet is tampered with the pool heat will be delayed or not work.
Due to safty reasons we have removed the diving board. There is still a platfrom to jump off of it just does not hang over the pool.

Welcome to Poolside Paradise. As soon as you step foot in this home you are welcomed by a stylish yet highly comfortable open floor plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the fantastic Mesa location.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent eating area are where you are able to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home bright during the day while accenting the high-end floors. There is no carpet in this home!

But wait! The best is yet to come! Step out onto a fully enclosed backyard, where you can enjoy the great Arizona weather in the heated swimming pool, prepare delicious meals with the Weber BBQ, and have hours of family fun in this relaxing space. Ideal for outdoor activities.

Have a few beverages in the backyard while the food is getting ready. Once it's done, serve it on the indoor or outdoor dining table and enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones.

In addition to the en suite bathroom of the main bedroom, the house features another full relaxing bathroom that caters to the remaining bedrooms and the living area. Both are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to ensure you have a carefree stay.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ON CASE BY CASE★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We will allow pets on a case by case basis. 1 dog max, no cats. $200 pet deposit. Please message for approval.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No exceptions.

★QUIET HOURS ★
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful to the homes and people around you.

★Safety★
Please be aware that the backyard has an uncovered pool. Children need to be supervised at all times. There is an adult height lock on the family room door to the pool. There are 3 youth life jackets.

Reminder that this is the desert. We have regularly scheduled pest control on the inside and outside of our home. But it is impossible to keep out all desert pests.

Our cancellation policy is firm. We encourage you to get travelers insurance.

Please note: We have a weekly pool service that comes every Monday. This is to keep our pool clean and well maintained. They try to be quick and stay out of the way of our guests. There is also a landscaper that stops by 1-2 times month. He keeps the landscape looking beautiful for our guests to enjoy.

*Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert. Some debris may call into the pool. If this happens, there is a pool net available for your use during your stay.
