House Rules

* No smoking inside the home; all smoking must be at least 15 feet
away from doors and windows outside.
* Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with a non-refundable
fee. Only small dogs are permitted, no cats. Pets must not be on
furniture, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after
them and notifying the management about their pets to avoid a $500
fine.
* No parties or events without prior permission.
* Confetti and glitter are prohibited.
* Only toilet paper should be flushed; flushing other items, such as
wet wipes or feminine products, may result in plumbing fees for
service.

Use of Amenities

* The pool area has a camera for safety and insurance purposes.
Cameras do not record video but take pictures upon detecting
movement.
* Pool and spa heating is available from June to September 2022.
* Guests are responsible for city-imposed fines of $1,000 for any
noise disturbances. These fines are not covered under damage
protection.

* Yard and landscaping maintenance occur once a month, and pool
maintenance is conducted once a week. Schedules for these services
may vary, and guests may experience some disturbances during these
times as efforts are made to maintain the property’s quality.
