Property was one of the nicer we have stayed in anywhere. Located in a historic neighborhood and very quiet. Located 3 easy blocks from St. JOSEPH HOSPITAL. Price was a bit spendy, but there was MLB Spring Training and Spring Break going on. Has a nice pool that is advertised as heated, but fails to mention if you want hot water that is an additional 50 per day. Host was quick to facilitate heating the pool once it was requested and paid. Very well equipped home that we were comfortable staying in.

The house would have been perfect, but the pool heater stopped functioning the day we arrived. The owners were awesome and got repair technicians out asap, but it did affect our trip.
