The location was truly excellent, and the house was situated in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. We found that everything we needed was provided. Most notably, the host was absolutely wonderful, being both accommodating and personable. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. If possible, I would gladly award her a ten-star rating as a host.

Great location and value

My husband and I stayed 6 weeks in Peoria at this house in Feb/March. It is in a great location. It’s a short drive to watch baseball games and have dinner in the P83 restaurant area. It’s also close to the Rio Vista community center and River walk trails. Lots of golf courses nearby as well. The house has a lot of space as a 3 bedroom/2 bath. This was nice when family visited us. The pool was great but too cold to use while we were there. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated but very functional. Overall a really good value for the rate.

Sunshine in Phoenix

Excellent stay in a great neighbourhood. While the weather prevented us from using the pool, all our expectations were met. The home is fully equipped with everything you could need. The lanai was very comfortable and enjoyed by all, including our dog!

This is a great rental with everything you would need. It also is located near just about everything, especially food options. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long-term rental.

Like being in our own home

Fit our needs well. Could use a little more silverware so we don’t need to run the dishwasher quite so often. Fridge should be completely empty when we arrive: just too risky. We really like having linen closet with extra towels available. Very comfortable home. Loved the family room seating. Pool was great.
