Newly remodeled condo nestled in a charming mid-century 12unit complex. Minutes to downtown Phoenix, old town Scottsdale, Fashion square and Biltmore. Check out the wide arrays of local restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions. Go for a hike at Piestewa Peak or Camelback mountain. Enjoy the weather on a bike ride at the canal . Easy access to the airport and public transportation.

*House Rules available on site. *Please note that the building was built in the 60’s. Slight sound from adjacent units is to be expected. We havent has any issues or complaints. The good news is that i am working on soundproofing it in the near future.
