When we arrived, our non-smoking room had a flooded toilet, so we had to request to change to a different room. However, they only had a smoking room so we had to stay in the SMOKING room one night. WIFI never worked, so my husband couldn't work at all. When we told the receptionist re WIFI, the lady said, "Yes, it does NOT work." They obviously know about BAD WIFI connection. When we requested to switch to a non-smoking room on the second day, the receptionist was rude and reluctantly switched to our new non-smoking room. Then, the key cards never worked well, so we had to go to the receptionist many times. The bathroom's towel hanger was gone, toilet lid was not matching, and room was dirty. I've stayed at Motel 6 in Temecula and N. CA, but this Motel 6 was NOT recommended.
Towel hanger's not there in the restroom.
The toilet's water tank's cover is not matching.
TV remote control's battery cover is missing.

The room was dirty, shower was dirty, sheets were dirty and the room smelled like Bo and smoke and the water didn’t work! They changed my room and it wasn’t much better! No hot water to take a shower! Hotels. Com should take them off your advertisement!

The staff was Awesome. The bed in our first room was horrible, lumpy. Bed second night was better. When we moved the furniture to fund something it was absolutely filthy plastic silverware, money, lots of dirt under both the bed and furniture. The sunk was falling off the wall and the shelf above it ripped out from the to wall. This was a handicap room. No way would someone in a. Wheelchair have been comfortable in that room. They need a shelo they can reach and it needs to be secured to the wall. They used non stainless screws in the shower that gave rusted and it looks like filth on the walls. They moved us to another room, just cleaned and ready to go. Closed the bathroom door and there was crap all behind it in the floor. Shorted towels and all around yucky. Only thing good was the staff and the price. Makes you feel like you're being punished for not being rich.
