I paid for a room with a microwave and fridge. When I checked in, asked the front desk if the room had what I had asked for and the confirmed that it did. When I got to my room, there was no fridge nor a microwave, I called the front desk and they said that they would be delivered in 20 minutes. Two hours passed and I went physically to the front desk and was told to come back the next day. I stayed for three days and never got this situation resolved. Also when I checked out I asked for a receipt and was told to come back in two hours because they couldn’t print it out at the moment. The room was dirty and the towels had hairs in them. Do not recommend.

Barely warm hot water in the entire room, unclean towels and a heater that runs for a few seconds and pumps out cool air. Damaged toilets, stained tubs and horrible shower head that sprays water everywhere except the user.

The front desk staff physically withheld my room keys and denied me access to my prepaid room until I agreed to write a positive review on the spot. I was forced to write a fake review under duress just to sleep in the room I paid for. This was intimidation and extortion. I was left with no choice but to comply to get safely into my room. Using room access as leverage to force good reviews is a severe safety violation. Management should be ashamed, and Hotels.com needs to investigate this property immediately.This is harassment and completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this location at all costs.

For the price, cant complain. As far as the room, as basic as you can get but it worked. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Could use more blankets. Small bathroom area but effective. My only complaint is it seemed as if they had just cleaned the room before I checked in and the smell of bleach and cleaning products was overwhelming.

It's a Motel 6, so I'm looking for a comfortable bed, hot shower, and working TV. Room had all that, but still felt like it was need if a refresh / remodel. Broken items included the switch on a lamp near the bed, the swing lock, and the door hardware, which kept getting stuck either completely unlatched or impossible to close without slamming thevdoor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I reserved 3 days and one of the employees on hand cancelled my 3rd day for no reason. Manager was unwilling to work with me, despite their own employee messing up the reservation. I ended up finding accommodations elsewhere with Expedia’s help.
