The property/room itself needs a little work…the sink faucet needs replacing, as does the shower head (replacing the aerators will probably do the trick). However, this property is among the cleanest and best kept of all motel 6 properties in the Tempe/Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The staff is hardworking, practical, accommodating and easy to deal with overall. Again, much more pleasant than other properties’ staff members that I’ve dealt with in the past. The area is great, several yummy restaurants within walking distance, not far from Tempe Museum, Kiwanis Park, the library, Arizona Mills shopping mall and IMAX theater, and of course, ASU and ASU stadium is very close by. Whether it’s a quick business trip, vacation with friends or family, or an extended stay situation, I recommend this place for a safe, convenient and comfortable option that’s half the cost of many other places in the area. It’s not fancy or extravagant, for sure. But if you don’t mind no-frills, it’s a clean, comfy stay, quality staff, and an overall super value for your money.

Do NOT stay here, the air conditioning is broken- it screams and then turns off, doesn’t cool at all. The walls and floors were disgusting, had brown smears on them. There were large gaps between the door and the frame, very unsafe.

Too old, sloppy updated rooms dirty no amenities no shampoo old very old sheets and towels very ruff staff are live in staff live in the motel handle front desk housekeeping room turn over it seems like the owners are very careless cheap and customers opinions doesn't bother them this motel in my opinions should be demolished and built a new hotel in place or they should update it from scratch everything needs to get replaced doors windows widow carton blinds toilet shower carpet beds mattress all sheets and blankets and towels door jams frame and locks, all they did is a cheap flooring and an ugly sloppy paint. I dont recommend this motel 6 to anyone. Beds were itchy maybe bedbugs.
