Happy to reserve again for next year

The things that I noticed that were amisd, were communicated by a text and were fixed by maintenance two days later. I also noticed that the TV is falling off the wall so it is something that the owner has to take care of . The Nest system was very bad . We moved the temperature to our comfort level and it would adjust on its own to way too cold (60°)as a result our comfort in temperature was not good. The apartment also lacked kitchen towels , had a half used paper towel roll only, and did not have any pool towels I would suggest that at least the paper towels and dish towels be made available to guests in the future.

You have to try this place !

Amazing location- with instructions provided, it was very easy to get the keys, access the garage and get into our room- Really appreciated the secured parking- and truly enjoyed a well supplied kitchen (food not included)

Great place for a downtown stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and amenities like the pool and hot tub during our stay. We went to a baseball game and the location made it easy to walk to the stadium. Parking was also included and we felt very safe in the building

Nice room. But some little issues.

The room was nice and clean. Getting the key was a problem. We couldn't figure out how to open the lockbox. Our key was a little bent so it was hard to get out of the door without thinking we were going to break it off. Half the lights didn't work. They wouldn't turn on. The roof is pealing in the shower area. The train running in the street down below was a pain at night. Overall, it was a nice room and close to where we needed it to be.

Such a beautiful suite, the view of the city was phenomenal my kids loved it and didn’t want to leave, the environment is quiet and clean, the suite manager is very attentive and has communication and a number you message them in case you need help or you need the suite cleaned as they have a cleaning service, although you do have to go up and down some floors using the elevator was a breeze, the pool was so much fun and beautiful scenery, the night time view was gorgeous, the suite itself was clean, and even though the suite manager isn’t there physically they are very communicative and attentive to your questions and concerns and are very hospitable with providing clean towels, blankets, pillows and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the suite is stocked with actual dishes, plates, bowls, eating cutlery and cups, wine glasses, cooking pots and pans, knives and cooking supplies, cooking oil, salt and pepper in case you want to cook and stay in. Also there is dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets in case you’d like to wash your clothes. All this made staying there with kids easier as we all know how things can get messy and might need to throw your clothes in the washer. This place was phenomenal and the suite manager is amazing definitely will be booking for our future travels. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Amazing time

The place was very nice. Dinner was good, and our show was great. We had an amazing time. Just need to let you know of a leak in the guest bathroom, the sink on the left has a leak when you turn on the hot water. Thank you.
