Brand New Modern fully furnished home Located in the heart of Gilbert. Kick your feet up and make yourself at home in this 4 bed, 3.5 bathroom space. The house has fast wifi, with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks as well as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max. You can hang inside the comfort of the house or you can enjoy the gated communities access to 3 heated pools with Jacuzzis, kid and pet friendly parks and a lake inside of the community that makes for a perfect walk.

This house is newly built it is a 3 story house. The first floor is the 2 car garage, bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor includes the Family room, kitchen, master bedroom with a full bathroom and a half bathroom for the community space. This floor also has access to a balcony with a view. The third floor opens up into another community space with a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, this has the best view of all looking out the balcony sitting at the top of the 3 stories.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, which features a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.

Great location

After a couple early communication hiccups with the host that were eventually cleared up, we settled in for a fun week of Christmas celebrations with our family. The property has great access to dining, shopping, freeways and is less than 30 minutes from Sky Harbor.
