The front desk was closed and they made me waste an hour to try to get in using their portal which did not work and the foreign lady was not courteous nor was she professional. Her thick accent was a barrier and she just made me never want to come back.

The room was disgusting I asked to switch rooms the night I got there and was not able to be done I went downstairs there is no one at the front when I finally saw the lady in the office she was rude and disrespectful I will NEVER come here ever again I had to sleep full clothed and with a shirt over my pillow due to the nastiness of that room the room smelled terrible a whole bunch of drug addicts walking around and I was terrified!!!! The smell was something I could not get over I didn’t even stay my full trip because of how bad this “hotel” was would not recommend I felt like I was in a half way house!!!! Definitely a waste of money!!!!!!!!!! I could’ve went somewhere way better than here ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Also they don’t give you any new towels I was told I had to WASH MY OWN TOWELS!!!!!!

For the most part it was good. But there wasn’t any linens for the pullout couch, the bathroom light flickered quite a bit (felt like we were in stranger things haha), and there were only 3 pillows total, and our reservation was for 4 people. I also had to call and get the room number and code because it never came to my email.

Three of us checked in to a king room with a sofa bed. There were no sheets or pillow on the sofa bed. When we asked at the front desk, we were told they had none. Later, there was a knock at the door, and we were given one fitted sheet that looked unwashed and stained and a pillow. We were very disappointed and unhappy.

Room was clean. I was worried after reading current comments but the room was clean. Pros and cons. Pros: 1. It’s contactless check in. 2. Rooms were neat and clean 3. Ample parking 4. Affordable 5. Customer service answers at all hours Cons: 1. I wasn’t sure how to reach out to anyone for extra toilet paper or blankets. 2.The property shows as Non Smoking on most rooms however the halls do smell like smoke. 3. A good amount of loitering in the parking area

Terrible. Room filled with the smell of cigarettes and heroin smoke. Rooms were disgustingly filthy. Poor air ventilation. Windows do not open. Walls are paper thin. I could not breathe or sleep in the room due to my asthma. Management did nothing to resolve it. Still charged me for 3 nights although I left the very same day I checked in. They sent a security guard to my room to confirm the smell and she confirmed that it was and they still did nothing about it. This place is horrible and will never book with them again. Terrible experience.

Stay Away! Fake Pics and reviews!

So, we usually stay near ASU when visiting my daughter, but decided to try this place out. The listing was 4 stars and pictures looked fine. But the pictures were very misleading. They kind of look like the pictures, but the pictures are doctored up. When we first opened our car door in the parking lot, we smelled marijuana, which sometimes happens in the public. But as we went into the lobby, the smell intensified! It was in the hallway and also in our room! When we got to our room, the floor had this slick film on it (see video). It was gross! We mentioned it to the GM and she was apologetic and will have someone take care of it. Not sure if that happened while we were gone, but it was the same when we got back. Hair was on the bathroom counter and on the walls of the shower. Rat droppings on the floor. Just not clean! Room was missing a remote, and was given a remote that was taped together. “Gym” is a joke! Broken equipment. We were traveling with my 12-year-old daughter and did not feel safe, leaving her alone in the room or by herself on the property. It looks like they have a long-term rental option that may tailor to lower income families. Do not bring your family here! Actually just don’t come here at all! We told the management of our concerns and request requested a cancellation and a refund, but was denied. Read all the reviews! I’m sure the positive reviews are fake or purchased by the management.

The room was in disrepair. The 2nd floor smelled of vomit. There were bars on the very dirty window. There were two double beds instead of two king beds. There were holes in the walls and the bedding. The area felt unsafe with people hanging out in the parking lot.

Found a few dead roaches near the couch, other guests above the room I was in were noisy, sounded like they were running a marathon even when notified I the front desk, WiFi was very weak, no remote for the tv in the living room area so I had to use an app on my phone, marijuana smell throughout the hallway even though it was prohibited, picture on website did not match what the room actually looked like, will never stay this place again, I do not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway
