First off its not a hotel as Expedia would have it. Secondly, the room suggests its 2 king bed accommodation while there were 2 doubles. And then there are a series of the quality of stay. Starting with the check-in process where no one was available at the front desk, broken chair, broken sink, non working kitchen appliances, and a series of other things. I don’t know what qualifies this place for a 3.5 star rating, I would suggest stay away from this place and recommend expedia to strengthen their screening process before they advertise a place as such a star rating.
