House was very small but clean and most everything was furnished. Hannah was very responsive to needs.The home needed more end tables in bedroom and livingroom. Lighting was either bright overhead in every room or nonexisting. Needed a small lamp on side table in bedroom since you turned off the bright overhead light and then stumbled to find your way to bed. Suggest night lights in bathroom and kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Little Blue Box. When we arrived, it looked exactly as the description suggested. Although it is “little”, it was perfectly spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The host is very responsive. The location was convenient, walkable to a cute little bar, walkable to Starbucks. I would recommend walking to the Brunch Snob for breakfast.

Concert Getaway

My friend and I stayed for a concert and weekend activities in the downtown Phoenix area. This place is right at the heart of it all, making it easy to get around and have us a quiet place to rest after busy days. Owner is very responsive when issues arise. The AC stopped working, and owner immediately had it fixed, staying at the property while ac tech was there to ensure our belongings were safe and secure.The property is in a nice quiet

Great location and communication

I had to extend my stay due to some family health issues and the host was so kind during the request and process, I wanted to share. These days so many rentals are managed by someone other than the owner and it sort of defeats the point of this Vrbo approach. It was great to work with someone who saw me as more than a renter and supported through the requests. House was also great, which I can also see from many others posts.
