This is not a typical sparsely decorated home. We have traveled a lot and have special artifacts up and around for you to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Dawn on the lake with a cup of coffee on the patio is gorgeous. Go out on the lake with our paddle boat or kayak. We have fishing gear too.

We stayed at this property for the month of March 2026. It was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the Hosts was effortless. We loved being on the water and enjoyed watching the ducks snd geese. We picked the fresh lemons from the tree and did some baking with them. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again. It’s a beautiful and very safe neighborhood.

Fantastic Stay, will return!

Beautiful home and location, can't complement it enough. Spacious, well furnished rooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Home was better equipped than most with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Made lemonade often with the fresh citrus in the backyard! Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive. Location walking distance from the Peoria's Rio Vista Rec Center, restaurants, and hiking at the Thunderbird Conservation Park. Will be back!

Beautiful setting in super location

We enjoyed 7 weeks at this large, comfortable home with a fantastic back patio on the water. Close to the many shops and restaurants of Glendale & Peoria, close to the aging parents in Sun City we were here to spend time with, and a perfect home to share with visiting family and friends. Host was very responsive to all messages and supplied a well-stocked home--which we called it the "house of curiosities", being decorated with artifacts from all over the world! The pedalboat provided us with many evenings of light exercise as we explored the various arms of the lake, and our children and grandkids liked fishing off the deck. I could go on and on...we made so many great memories at this house and appreciated it so much!

Just perfect

This house was perfect for our stay. Wake up to amazing views on the water and relax into the evening watching the ducks. All the little touches with their antiques and decorations from around the world were amazing. Our boys enjoyed reading all the abstracts. Really good place to just sit and be after a long day of baseball games. Would stay there again.

Spinnaker Cove neighborhood

What a beautiful and peaceful home this is!! Wonderful treasures all over the house with descriptions of where the items came from. So very peaceful patio on the lake and beautiful wind chimes to lull you to sleep! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix area. Very easy location. Will definitely stay again when needed!!!

The property was exactly as described and totally met our needs for our stay in the Phoenix area. Communication was fantastic, as Elizabeth kept us posted on some potential issues (there were none). She even reached out to see if we would be bothered by some work that needed to be done on their side of the property (we weren't). The icing on the cake was the fishing lesson for my son. When I messaged with a fishing question, Doug graciously offered his time to teach my son. Thank you!

Ideally perfect!

This ideal location was perfect for our one month stay in Peoria AZ. Super close to everything that's exciting to do while also the quietest of neighborhoods. The house is amazingly warm, spacious and the waterfront view is to die for. Our hosts, Elizabeth and Doug were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help us with all of our needs or concerns. I highly recommend!
