Ice machines not working, requested house keeping and after the changed our room due to door refusing to open after 2 key changes they did not transfer house keeping to new room. Once called about it at 1:30 pm. I was told that’s I did not request it and it was too late. Very disappointing. Front desk was rude after that. The TV decided after 10 minutes to shut down the turn back on shut down and turn back on. I was asked at 7:00 pm if we wanted a room change we declined it was a very disappointing stay.

We had a poor experience, shower squirting water everywhere, walls paper thin, could hear our neighbor shouting at his TV at 3am and breakfast was lacking.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. The grounds are nice and have real potential, but the pool is inconsistently clean and the hot tub was cold during this most recent visit. The location made me choose this hotel for a second stay, walking distance to Padres/Mariners practice facility for baseball tournaments, but the interior is really outdated to the point of seeming unclean. The room had such an old, musty odor that I had to purchase room fresheners to make it tolerable. Unless the property is updated, I think I'll choose from one of the many other hotels in the vicinity next time.

The hotel it self was nice, we ended up having a ceiling leak, and it was a broken toilet above our bathroom. it soaked all the clothes on the floor with you know what kind of filthy water. they did move our room, but i thought they would have offered to wash our clothes but that didn't happen. The pool was cold and the hot tub was barely warm, that was a disappointment. also i got charged more than quoated.

Terrible experience. We arrived very late only to find our key card didn’t work. I had to go back and forth to the front desk several times, and each time the front desk clerk rolled her eyes. After multiple tries, they downgraded our room but refused to refund the price difference. The room we were moved to smelled strongly of smoke, even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking. I have a toddler and a teenager with asthma, and I’m asthmatic too—it was awful. The next morning, the same employee tried to argue with me again about my complaint. And the cherry on top? She said, “Oh, there was a note here that said the room smelled like smoke.” So they knew about the problem and still gave us that room. The room next door was loud all night with yelling and blaring TV, and the front desk brushed it off as “kids,” even though it clearly wasn’t. We only received a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. After the stay, I even had to take my son to the hospital for a breathing treatment. I’ll never stay here again, which is sad because we used to visit this area once or twice a year.
