The room was clean but the light in the bathroom was not working. The cleaning crew should have noticed it & notified maintenance. It was really noisy with kids running to the room.

After dealing with very loud and extremely odd behavior from the guests next door, I was transferred to a different room on a different floor. Because of occupancy, I had to downgrade to a lesser-comfort/amenities room but I did have very good service from the front desk attendant to make the change

Only thing I liked was it is pet friendly. Way too expensive for what I got. Towels are rough; tub doesn't drain while showering (don't like standing in dirty bath water); No exhaust fan in bathroom; Rusty air vent in bathroom; Microwave and fridge are inconveniently located; $4.25 for a bottle of soda - Really!!

Black mold in shower, same scrap of paper on floor of bathroom after 2 full cleanings, meaning room was not swept or mopped. Pool area had drunks screaming and yelling for over 2 hours at 230am. Furniture was dated, broken and dirty. Sheets didnt fit the bed. I will never stay at another Wyndham property.

The only thing i can offer as a suggestion for the hotel is to immediately get RID of whatever it is they are cleaning with. We were on the 3rd floor and every time we came back to our room, the smell was SO BAD, whatever they think they are using to make the hotel smell good, smells like an old fashion cleaner that is trying to "mask" a sewer drain smell! i feel badly letting you know but WOW it was the ONLY thing that would make me second guess coming to that location again. It was bad, it was smacked right in your face once the elevator doors would open, Maybe use plug ins in the hallways of like pineapple or apple scents, somthing, its just that smell and if they think that thats a "cleaning" scent, someones GOT to help them because it was nausiating. Sorry i had to tell you but WOW it really was That bad.

The staff was about and beyond friendly. We arrived an hour early prepared to wait. They were able to get us in! I really liked the layout of the spacios room. The reason for the 4 is because of freeway noise and a worn uncomfortable mattress. Despite those 2 reasons, I most likely will stay here again.
