I ended up driving home after a concert instead of staying a night there. Garbage everywhere outside. Room was messy and smelt bad. The guy at the check in counter was sketchy. Homeless beggers greates me on the stairs on my way to my room. Do not recommend unless you're ok with that.

The staff was horrible. My room had holes kicked in the bathroom door. The atmosphere felt like a trap house. Immediately when I pulled up, I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. I went into my room for no more than 2 minutes before immediately leaving and going to the front desk and telling them that I felt completely unsafe and that there was no way I was staying there as a single woman. The attendant in the front was accompanied by the “security guard.” The security guard told me immediately that I would need to call Expedia and ask them to refund my room but that they would make me stay at least one night. Then stated, “there are bad places in the world and I just need to understand that.” The Expedia gentleman was very kind and understanding, he asked me to hold while he tried to call the facility to talk. No answer on 3 tries. I asked him to stay on the phone while I went inside to tell him to call Expedia. The gentleman refused and said he never got a call while the phone was right there. I just held the phone up to him so he couldn’t avoid it as he clearly was. He stated his manager “said one night minimum or no refund.” Then said his manager was unavailable for the night. I walked out and told him the “manager” was a security guard and he was clearly avoiding his calls. I said I wouldn’t not stay the one night even if I had to pay. He told me to check out and that he would send my info to a specialty department to review. I felt like they were trapping me to harm me.

The man that checked us in was very polite and very sweet and very professional the lady that cleaned our room was also very nice and put a little rush on it for us so that we could get in a little earlier because our child was having surgery at the children's hospital in Phoenix there down the street and we needed somewhere to lay him down afterwards but the property itself was horrible there was trash everywhere construction where there were women hanging off the balcony trying to pick up my husband you know ask him out for a good time they're pimp was standing right now on the floor walking around pounding on people's doors of the sticks selling drugs out in the center you had a man and a woman get into a huge physical altercation where the man was shaking the woman screaming you owe me money b**** and you had homeless people sleeping on the grounds up against the doors under the trees around the entire building it was very filthy unprofessional the room was okay it had a huge hole in the bathtub the toilet was barely sitting on the floor was not bolted down the tank to the back of the toilet did not fit the toilet the cabinets were hanging off their room when I booked it said it came with the refrigerator and a microwave it did not come with either when I checked into the rooms the beds still needed blankets which I corrected that part and other than that it was not a hotel I will ever ever go back to nor will I ever recommend it to anyone it was probably one of the worst
