We checked into this hotel at the end of our trip to use the waterslides. The property itself is huge and doesn’t feel luxury in any way. The pool was grossly full, and I wouldn’t even allow my daughter in the lazy river due to the film and amount of people in it. The entire pool area was over crowded and there was trash and empty drinks everywhere. This is not at all what we were expecting. It felt like a really cheap all Inclusive hotel in Mexico, but the food and drinks were overpriced, low quality and more expensive than the Four Seasons in Scottsdale that offered beautiful grounds and exceptional service. Would not recommend!

It is a nice facility, well staffed but there was a fee for everything. rather than feeling pampered and care for felt like they wanted me there only to get as much money out of me as they could.
