The staff was excellent Oscar the Valet parking attendant, the ladies in the front office were superb. The room although could of been better especially due to the fact it was a suite the shower floor looked horrible like caulking all over the floor and drain area poorly done, sheets had hair not ours upon inspection. My car which is a bit modified BMW was left outside due to the fact that the Valet didn't want to take the chance of damaging it which was fine and it was watched periodically throughout the night but I don't think I should of been charged the complete valet fee since it wasn't garaged and my vehicle is always garaged. Other than that the stay, location was excellent.

Great place to stay if you're attending a sports event or concert in one of the arena's downtown. All are in walking distance. They also have a great valet service although it is quite spendy (as is all self parking in the area).

Awesome customer service especially on check-in. Very clean and it was almost like new. Not sure if it was or recent remodel. Stayed 3 nights, most comfortable sleep I’ve had in 20 years. Extremely comfortable. Firm, however a very plush soft top layer. The only thing that could improve would be softer towels. I’m sure it’s the hard water. Great stay and highly recommended!!

There are some issues with checking in. It appears the initial check in was for someone with a similar last name, and resulted in an incorrect check in for amenities such as WiFi. Also, to use a different card on file, it is not reflecting in the hotel’s system, but is reflecting twice, once in my debit card, and once in my credit card. This is causing some confusion for both the bank and the check in clerks. I will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for the charges to either clear or have to call the hotel and bank to discuss the charges. This has been a very confusing stay for my family and I, for one single night.

I did not realize you had to pay for valet parking. There is no parking so you have to valet. It cost me 90 dollars for 2 nights. I wont be staying there anymore. When I called to ask for parking they said just pull up to valet didnt mention it was 45 a night. Put a damper on my stay when I got the bill.

Everything was great until the fire alarm went off 2 days in a row at an early hour. We were in town for the power show case and my kid needed his sleep. It went off at 5 something the first time and about 6 something the next day. No explanation. Nothing. I usually love the Hilton hotel but that was just chaos.

Breakfast was great - highly recommend! Check-in/out staff was competent but not super friendly; front door staff was good and friendly. A/C & heat worked good, but hot water took forever (5 minutes of running water) to get up to us on the 6th floor. Room was mostly clean, but we found crumbs and minor debris on floor and bed. Might return, as price was the best for downtown Phoenix.
