This is a new property and very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. It is in a quiet location. Breakfast was nice, hot and cold items.

For being a brand new hotel, it looks like it was still somewhat under construction in some areas and the room could have been a little cleaner there was somebody leftovers in the fridge.there was also hair in showe that was not mine .

This hotel has only been opened for 1 month. The rooms were great. The issues they are still working out… only 1 elevator works, none of the communal tvs were working cause nobody in the staff knew were the remotes were located. World series game 2 was on and we all wanted to watch. There were other things slightly off too, but not worth mentioning. On a side note, the breakfast they serve at this home 2 suites is marginal at best. Poorly working toaster oven was a bummer since they focus on breakfast sandwiched here. This version of breakfast is not what my family likes.. We stayed at a home 2 suites on happy valley north phx and it was the same lackluster breakfast…
