I was surprised this hotel had such high ratings. My room was not very clean when I checked in and never seemed to be leaned properly. there was hair in the bath tub and the faucet was never wiped down. No bottle water in the room which i was surprised for being in Arizona had to pay $3 a bottle at the front desk. Lots of noise from the highway 10. Had issues with the coffee and pancake machine at the breakfast. TV's in the gym and on the equipment not connected. Just did not seem to be a very well run place in my opinion. I'm heading back to that area next week and will find another place to stay.

The room was freezing, could not get it to adjust. The bathroom was completely out of soaps, we had to request refills. We received full containers upon requesting them, but with the room being "cleaned and we had to wait for check in about 30 munites well after check in time. There shouldnt have been any issues!! The other issue was the noise level around us in the rooms was horrible. So loud with banging and slamming doors in the night/sleep hours.
