Stayed here with family for 3 nights. The hotel was average, the staff were not friendly. The hotel is under construction and it starts at 8am. The pool was dirty. The room itself was nice but carpet is extremely dirty as our white socks turned black. The hotel is located downtown next to the free public parking structure so it is very loud at night. We slept with a sound machine on and we could still hear the cars and people at night.

The property was under major construction, which would have been nice if they advised customers of this fact. In addition they charge 15 dollars a day for parking, again this would have been nice if they let customers of this. The staff at the front desk informed us they do not accept cash, this was incorrect information we found out later, they do in fact accept cash. Other than these few issues it was a pleasant stay.
Construction of adding 60 new rooms, this is not a remodel folks, this is major construction.

Didn’t feel very clean, and that made me uncomfortable enough to lose sleep. However, I was greeted by a very friendly employee at check-in. Unfortunately, no one was available at the front desk at the time of checkout. The location is in the heart of downtown Chandler. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.
