We had a great stay Hampton Inn. The Hilton app allows you to check in without seeing anyone and get a digital key which made it so convenient. It was dog friendly, quiet,clean and the most comfortable beds and spacious rooms with nice amenities like the fridge and wet bar and coffee maker and microwave and we had a huge bathroom. It was truly a blessing as we were there on a medical trip to Mayo hospital and it was just what we needed for rest and quiet relaxation. Also the breakfast was wonderful and price very reasonable. We highly recommend it and our dog was very happy to be able to take a little walk around the grounds that were beautiful and well kept. It’s also in a great central location and easy to get to !

Our first room had issues with the lights in the bathroom not working properly and it seemed like the staff were familiar with the problem. We ended up packing up and going to another and learned later on that the drain in the shower has a clog and the water goes done very slowly. Something that housekeeping should have reported.

Room looked like it needed vacuumed when we checked in. Furniture old and scratched up which was fine but not for the cost of the room. During the night the air Conditioner would turn off so you got hot and would have to turn it back on and we stayed 2 nights so they didn’t do the rooms so we had to carry our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean one which would have been fine if the room was cheaper.

Shuttle service and complimentary breakfast were very appreciated. I didn’t have time to eat breakfast and a brown bag breakfast to go was available as I left- so nice. Room was pretty clean, some stains in the toilet bowl but nothing terrible. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall very pleased for the price.
