Parking was limited. Also all of the staff was professional and friendly except a supervisor over housekeeping. The girls were great and was going to clean the bathroom floor due to my daughter getting sick. The girl was told “no” and she came back to inform me, so I asked to speak to this person who stated the girls just don’t make the decisions and if I had emergency I should have informed them. It was during the night and I called the front desk immediately and was told “don’t worry housekeeping can get to it in the morning. So I relayed the message to the manager and was told they had no right to do that without alerting them. All of this confusion took almost an hour making us late for our event . I always stay at Hilton properties wherever I go and this was ridiculous and the scowl on her face showed she was angry and really throwing her weight around and not valuing the customer. Very disrespectful and after arguing with her, being late to the event, because the girls weren’t able to shower and get dressed. We only wanted the floor cleaned up, not anything else. Rooms clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was confusing and supervisor was rude when asked to clean up bathroom for my daughter who was sick and told me we had to make an appointment. Informed her I spoke to front desk and she replied they didn’t inform her. The girls were great and did their jobs. This supervisor told her no and she just tried to inform us of reaction from supervisor or person in charge. Everything else was great all other staff was great.

I am not a glass half full kind of guy and I will tell you if there was issues! The staff could not have been better, I was there short notice because my brand new GMC Canyon broke down and I'll save my vehicle issues for them, NONE of it is remotely nice! But the staff short noticed my check in and I was able to extend with zero issues while it was being fixed! This place is a 10 stars out of 5!

They are in a field surrounding desert. They charged us $15 a night to PARK in their parking lot, in the middle of nowhere, with no other option to park on the road because the road only fits 2 cars. I was not told this when I booked or I wouldn't have booked. It is a total scam. The room was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good with healthy options.
