The parking lot is not safe after dark. The bathroom sink did not drain, I had to take it out for it to drain and it was gross. The shower pipe was gross that was in the wall. The curtains were dirty. The room smelled weird. There was no microwave or hair dryer or hand soap. There was construction at night and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly.

Meh, at best

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, but it's upkeep leaves something to be desired. The water pressure is weak, the water doesn't get hot and the shower is quite moldy. Half of the staff was friendly, but the other half seemed completely disinterested in helping in any way, or just simply put off for being disturbed by asking questions like "may I have a towel since room service didn't show up?" The breakfast was good, but unlike every other Hampton Inn, there were no complimentary water bottles or cookies available at the front desk. I normally never take either, but it was interesting to see a deviation of a friendly offering that was missing. I'll likely not return here for my next business trip

The close proximity to the PHX airport was the main draw to this hotel for me. However, the incessant and overwhelming noise of the room’s AC machine rattling was akin to driving down the high way at 90mph with the back windows down. The noise kept me up all night and entirely defeated the purpose of staying close by to the airport to capitalize on all of the sleep I could get on a business trip.
