Surprisingly lack luster and overpriced!

Well, to start the bed was very uncomfortable and the linen felt like paper. Don’t understand how such and expensive rooms most important asset was the worst, on the 10th FLOOR. Even though the view was great the TV needed to be replaced like the screen was going out. Finally, the valet parking was a reap off! It was almost $50 a night not for the entire stay and we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we left the hotel how is that sustainable. We will never stay at this location again.

When we first arrived the valet told us that valet parking was our only option. Do we circled and passed a few garages and street parking, and went back to double check and the other valet told us of two other garage options and how to park at them. Not much dining or any real options seemed open nearby and tons of homeless encampments any direction we tried to walk.

My only issue is the parking for this location. The closest parking garage was a block away but there is a garage just across the street but hotel guests can’t use it. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and clean!
