Good room, but the people at the front desk were amazing. They helped a technology challenged family member with her driving direction app, and were very pleasant whenever we stopped by or headed in or out of the area.

I was woken up at midnight by the hotel asking me to to check in.. but i was already asleep in the room! Then woken up again at 3am to an email telling me that my room reservation is canceled. I needed my sleep- i flew out at 6am. I never slept because of the hotels mix up. I'm mad and want my money back.

Was charged 1036.12 after I had already paid for my room for the 5 days I was there. Not even sure why it was charged all I was told was you already went over the $1000.00...what does that even mean!?? They refunded it but havent received it yet and so my acct keeps going negative becsuse of what they did.

We had EUV vehicle and they only had one charging port our certain type of vehicle, which was taken up by the time we got back unfortunate but still a wonderful hotel with an amazing breakfast the staff went over and beyond in every other way

Shower curtain was not wide enough floor got wet and very slippery and I fell. Nearby room had a dog that barked randomly thru my stay. Horrible experience, front desk was polite but offered no resolution. I had to extend my stay by a day and changed rooms, was improved as this eliminated the barking dog.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. This is our second time staying here, but on this trip, I did not understand the housekeeping. I have no issue with every other day, but no one ever came into our room, they only left a bag of clean towels and a roll of toilet tissue in the hall outside our door twice. We were there for a week, so should have been 2 cleaning days. We ran out of kleenex and shower gel, and no one ever came into the room to take the dirty laundry or empty the trash.
