The staff was friendly, especially at check-in. The room was spacious. We had no hot water in the morning, and when we mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, they said that it was a known issue. Not sure how extensive the known issue was, but to pay what we did for a room with no hot water, I felt they should have given us a credit or partial refund. Rooms were at a premium this weekend, but the room was very sub-premium with it's water issues.
