The amenities at the property were outstanding. The pool, the hot tub, the gym and the breakfast were all excellent. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign at the front desk helping another guest as I waited. I heard someone in the back I said, excuse me, and then they came out. The gentleman was nice but yet I thought it was unfair that they put this sign out and they were just sitting in the back in the first room he gave me the heater was not working and he graciously changed me to another room what I noticed in both rooms was that there was no remote control for the TV. The location was conveniently located around entertainment, venues, and close by the airport.

Good hotel, staff and location. Quiet room. Shout out to the lady in the breakfast area, not only she was very efficient and immediately restocking what needed, she was working with a contagious smile on her face! Great breakfast too! The only downside is the water not being drained enough in the shower.

Staff was very welcoming & kind. On-line pictures vs arriving in person are 2 totally different visions. Online showed a well kept beautiful hotel/rooms everything is very outdated, beds are very bouncy pillows were very flat, room was very small vs what it looked like in the pictures. Area didn't seem very safe at all, walls are very thin can hear everything & everyone around you.
