The only thing I would say is, I was given a hard time at the front desk about how many passes our room has usually they give us 4 to 6 passes with a part of the room, but this time they only wanted to give us two and pay for the extras With a great Wolf Lodge. There should be a little more of a pre-warning about passes for the family.

The hotel and its kids’ activities were really good, and the water park was great. But the room was terrible. The beds made extremely loud noises—just a small movement would wake up the whole room because of how badly the beds creaked, and they were very uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep at all. The beds urgently need to be replaced. Another problem was the strong sewage smell in the hallways and in our room, which was very unpleasant.” Check in was super slow big line and 2 stuff only

The pool and activities were awsome. The food was a bit expensive and just ok. My daughter loved the room. But my wife and I found the bed poor and room very noisy.

So many things went wrong it was absolutely ridiculous. I made a special trip the day before because I couldn't check in and we booked the grizzly bear suite which slept 8 people my reservation showed 2. I tried to contact hotels then called the property to fix the amount of guests Once we drove there 1 hour the lady at front desk fixed it and we paid $50 to do early check in which i was told 8am. We arrived there at 8am 2 young kids. We were told the room might be ready by 11am so we went to eat arm bands didn’t work. After 7 hours we finally got the room, but we booked 2 bedroom witj 2 full bathrooms nope only 1 bathroom had a bathtub. I showed the manager the floor plan and they basically said its a typical bathroom. WE PAID for 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs. All they gave us was 4 day passes for water park. It was a complete nightmare Com

While we stayed there the group slides were closed both days which might have been just unfortunate timing but the place was packed without enough staff. There is absolutely no seating in the indoor water park unless you pay to reserve seating or buy a cabana which was $600 or arrived right when it opened. Sunday the pool isn’t open until 10am which means for most families waiting around for 3 hours or paying more money to do other things. Everything is expensive and an up charge. It’s basically Disneyland but without a staff that cares to give you a magical time.
